Hi Everyone, Finally got round to writing about our last few days in S America. After leaving La Serena we bussed it down to Santiago, 1/2 a day there then caught a bus over the Andes which had the most spectacular views to Mendoza in Argentina. Hi Everyone,On our way from Buenos Aires to Bolivia we decided to stop in a small place called Salta. The town itself seemed quite a traditional Argentian town with lots of people dressed in tradtional costume. We spent the afternoon wandering around the town admiring the old churches some of which have so much gold in them they are almost gaudy.
