Hi all,

Well we went out the other night and i had 3 cocktails, it felt like i had 10!! I woke up feeling like Id had 10 too- not a good combo with the coach journeys believe me! My daiquiri was literally a huge glass of straight rum!

After leaving Hoi an (I love that town!!!!!!!!!!! I will defo go back there) We got an over night train to Hue. The train was a-w-f-u-l it was like we were in prison bunkers ha! But anyway in Hue we went on motor bike rides through the countryside, to an empires' temple / tomb, the scenery is just breath taking. Vietnam is just beautiful- It isn't at all what i thought it would be like.

Erm.... Im pretty sure iv missed out on updating you on a town but its hard to keep track of the days and no one is around for me to ask ha

After Hue we got another over night train (this train was like the first and was lovely!) to Ha long Bay which is where i am typing from now. Today we got a boat out to the islands, we had a gorgeous lunch on dec with a few beers then we went into a huge cave which was pretty cool. The scenery reminded me of the film Avatar, its just amazing!!! I really am in awe of everything wev been seeing! As we are in the north its fairly cool, it felt so good not sweating :-)

Its just unbearable heat sometimes! Im looking forward to our last 2 weeks of island hopping and just relaxing on the beach- although we do need to make a plan for those 2 weeks eek! We may be travelling down with Sam and Emma but we shall see.

Oh I almost forgot to make you all jealous- last week we went to the mud baths, and hot springs that were 38 degrees...then....had a full body massage mmm mmm. Living the dream!
