A hectic procession from where I left off. the slow boat finally got us to the Thai boarder and we all just about made the other side- Renee was refused entry to the country because of an invalid visa issue and so he had to leave the tour. Poor Renee:(.

So after arriving in Chiang Khong and exchanging my dollars into Baht, we make way to Chaing Mai passing through the crazy Chiang Rai where I came across a rather unpleasant, cold, icey looking white temple- f***ing weird!

Our bus driver is drivning at a crazy speed too. He may think were unaware because of the large tele in the back which is screening The Dark Knight Rises (mmm) but it's definitely not normal driving- by the way, Thai people drive on the left like England. It's all very confusing- I'm at a loss here. So far it seems very westernised as well as off-the-wall weird. I'm not sure I like Thailand! :S
