Went to Kaikoura before heading to Nelson in the evening. In the Maori language Kai means food and Koura means crayfish. So you know it's good for its seafood! In the morning we went to Mount Cook village where we walked up part of the mountain. There were loads of rocks and massive steps so wasn't easy! The views at the top were amazing though.
