I cant believe your trip - talk about perfect?!! I am so happy that you are seeing Oz in its best light - as my Mum would say, God's own country. Mum is here at the moment & its amazing to see her. we went to Prague for 5 days last week, which was just amazing, and would you believe it T...I am in training to do a 10 km run in a few weeks. Not sure this is sensible! Otherwise nothing changes, it is freeezing again, raining and quite frankly I would do anything to be flying down those dunes at Lake Wabi all over again...
Take care cherub xx

Ages since I left a message and I did not know about the passport! All good experience for young ladies. We have recently returned from a trip to Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Very attractive part of the world and because of the history and the climate, SO English. There is a large population of asians so we indulged ourselves in Sushi , Chinese and Thai food. We leave Naples on Sunday [10th] and will stay in Evesham until 15th when we go to Cyprus. It will be good to see Amanda and co. and catch up with a few others if it is not too cold! Enjoy Aukland. Love Julia

Hi T,
i love your adventure stories - especially your encounbter with the pythom when you were told to step back a little ! i was at Cape Tribulation in Feb 1991, the day the first Gulf war broke out. and can you believe it - in the middle of the jungle next to Crocodile Creek (and yes the Creek was full of crocodiles !!) the had a TV in a tree, linked to a generator with hourly reports from the war front - the aussies really went to the end of the earth - to get the news to you !!
Can't wait to hear all about your fascinating travels when we meet up at the ranch ! xxx PD

Thanks for your message mum! Well everyone, I'm off to get a bit cooler in NZ on Friday and looking forward to it, though will be very sad to leave the lovely and very hot australia! Thanks to my wonderful mum I now have a passport, and thus an identity and existence again!!
Fraser Island pics are in some kind of order now so have a browse. will put everything else up in the next few days when im finished swimming in waterfalls etc! But promise not to put quite so many photos on - i realise snap happy can be annoying!

Just caught up with your postcards - time for photos tonight. Sounds amazing - which place? all of it!! Cant believe you managed to walk under the spider. Or even got near the python without imagining me saying "dont go too close"!!! You definitely should be OK for cleaning out stables/barns at the farm from now on. Cant imagine you will ever be able to make it back to the land of ordinary living. But who cares! Just keep having a wonderful time both of you. Love and hugs Mum

Hi T! A belated happy easter! Very busy this end because it is the holidays! Organised tennis for lots of children last week and it poured everyday. The joys of the UK! You are not missing anything! Having masses of people to stay and to play but think will stick to usual plans next year and go away!!
Sounds like you are having a blast! Fantastic that we can see your pictures so easily. it makes you seem much closer. Technology is amazing (once I can figure it out!). Lots and lots of love and hugs. Keep safe, xxxxxx

Rainbow Beach pictures are in the photo albums section now. So are Fraser Island pics but DONT look at them yet as i need to put them in order... still the cattle station, whitsundays, diving and the rainforest to come but one step at a time! T x

Hello T! Just heard about your Passport, what a horrible thing to happen! Glad you have the knowledge - and the bottle - to deal with things, it would scare me silly. However, its just a glitch I'm sure in what seems to be the time of a lifetime - long may it continue for you!
Jane and the kids and I had a really lovely Easter at Peaslake, it was a wonderful kindness. Catherine can say "bumblebee" (one rose up from a flower frightening her) and "Rabbit hole" - we saw one in a field, which to her must have been a mysterious cave going to the centre of the Earth. All this amongst the general 2-year-old's gabble. James enjoyed trying to put stones in his mouth instead of plopping them into the stream outside Evretts like the other kids - just to infuriate us, I'm sure.
Take care,
Love, Av

Hey T! Happy Easter to you too! Hope the Easter Bunny found his way to you over here! : ) The weather has been so unpredictable here in Sydney, one day its sunny the next the heavens open and its pouring all day! Working at the Easter Show has been loooooong! And tiring...an eye opener! Hope you are enjoying your time up North and that the weather is being kinder to you than it is here in NSW! Whitehaven beach is unreal isnt it? Chat soon xx
