We are enjoying Phuket, although with all the Australians & Swedes here things are interesting. Lots of little Bindi Irwins and not so little Augustus Gloops running around.

Yesterday we did a 'Hong by Starlight' trip where we hopped on a boat then travelled out to some of the islands around Phuket. We got into kayaks and paddled through caves into the centre of the islands which had open lagoons in the middle of them. The day was like Indiana Jones crossed with David Attenborough, complete with bats, wild monkeys, & stalagmites & stalagtites everywhere.

It was a fantastic day & evening and was made even better by the super-funny Australians we shared our van ride with, who were all rearranging their next day's tours so they wouldn't clash with the State of Origin match. No time for sightseeing when there's footy on!
