Another great ride over the Mackinac Bridge. Well worth the $14 toll, there goes tonight's Dairy Queen allowance. Off course, we had to get larger air bags installed to carry the extra weight from the previous D.Q. cones consumed. We will be joining D.Q. Anonymous when we get home. It was a smooth ride from Isheming to Sault Ste. Marie, MI. Still no moose sighting. They must all be on vacation in Florida. This is a great little town. OLD!!!!!! Very quaint houses, lots of bars, not much else to do in the winter. Most people go to their summer homes, cabins, tents, etc., in the winter. Everything freezes over including most of the wildlife. Hi there from the U.P. (Upper Peninsula) of Michigan. The Yoopers, as the locals are called, are a sturdy bunch, they have to be to tolerate the winters up here. Burrrrrrrrrrrrrr, just thinking about them make me want to pull up another Shih Tzu! We have had a great time.
