It's a pinch myself day today. We're in Paris!!!!! Loved our Very Fast Train ride from Marseille this morning. David wouldn't let me sing Sur la Pont Avignon as we passed through Avignon!!! Today was sensational!! We hired a car and drove from Marseille to Millau to drive over the amazing Millau bridge. David and I had watched a doco on the building of this bridge on Foxtel and put a drive over the bridge in a red Ferrari was on our 'bucket list'. Today we achieved most of this (albeit in an Avis black Renault Picasso). We took a 5+ hour round trip to achieve this. The bridge deck is 344m from the valley floor and it is 2469m in length. So majestic....
