ONE WEEK TILL XMAS! And was I feeling it... answer ...no! I'd seen everything from wrapping paper to Baileys and still- nothing! Anyhow, the next week was awesome and pretty jam packed while at the same time- it wasn't.

I drove over to catch up with my Granny on Monday - good navigating skills i think- and we had tea and went out for dinner. The next day Jo and Mikey were heading on back to Melbourne for Xmas at Jo's family so we said goodbye :( after a lovely meal at the Seacliff pub in Brighton and I moved in to my Aunties!

Wednesday I caught up with granny again and pretty much chilled out for a bit. Adelaide is kool but ive seen most of it when I was younger and didn't have to place tourist over Xmas. I was a resident..ooo :) Lovely ! Had a great time meeting all my little cousins who I hadn't met before and catching up with family goss was good too!

Thursday went to visit a couple of winaries with Grannys friend George. Had tea, lunch, and afternoon tea and cake at this cute little cafe called the tin shed. Was pretty spoilt actually but it was lovely. Tried a fair few wines not all of them I can remember and then headed back- Hardys was one! I think I like Chardonney the best although Im still not very fussy! Maybe that comes later hehe! :) .

Managed a couple of runs too, down to the beach which was nice, you can really appreciate the flat ground over here, and then suddenly your at the beach,. love it! Friday I started my Xmas shopping and got lost in Marion! Massive place and was pretty packed. Turns out over here you can shop a ridicuous 48hours overnight at Xmas...my cousin (mother of three- is mad) she went shopping at 3am!

Got all my bits and pieces over a couple of days and saturday went for coffee down by the beach with my auntie. Bought Chocolat- so Jo I can now say i have read one book ! there - are you proud.... was a very good book too! Id recomend it :)! Also went out for lunch with Granny and my Auntie...Gosh I did a lot of going out for dinner ... :) very spoilt :D !!!

Sunday was Xmas eve and I think I was beginning to feel a bit more Xmassy! With family and everythign you can't help it. PLus there was talk of rain on Xmas day! I could'nt believe it but either was it was going to be a shorts day! And it was.
