Today i feel so much better! It's strange - yesterday i was ...ok, today however, im good!! The weather is.. snowy - its actually snowing right now. When my brekkie has settled me thinks its time to go for a longer run - more training for the half marathon! As Johann keeps telling me - its all a state of mind. Fitness is between the ears!!
