Well it's official........we've added a new family member to our trip, fortunately no ticket needed! Emily and David are expecting their first baby and it will accompany us nesteled in it's own quarters. It will be well traveled before it's even born! We are all very excited about the baby AND the trip.

We have made a couple of recent changes to the itineray. After landing in Shannon we will drive an hour to Galway instead of further up to Clifdon. Emily found us a period home in Galway that is charming and convenient and will accommodate us with room left over. It promises to be a great first stop with lots to do.

So Thursday's the day of departure. We fly from SB up to SF where we meet up with Eric and we all travel to Heathrow before jumping across to the Emerald Isle. Let the adventure begin!
