Stu On Tod
Any way so left u last 2 days or so back about to pimp up! Am now geared out with Hot Inca clothes to combat the peaks of the andys!! HAve to wait till I get back or accually check out the pics Ill be posting soon!! Any way set out that night with high spirts and following this decided it was time to try local specialty Ginepig I swear that word has an a in it some where. Any way my plate comes out entire pig on my plate pan fried, head claws and all!! NOt much meat on it but I love to try new things and so loved it funni taste though. All the while we have locals playing away in the back ground and at some point we had a few local dances preformed next to us. So any way next day we had an early start to vist the world famous Colca Canyon, montains to sea 140 km in length easily the most dramtic scenery I have ever witnessed, driving over montains, where at our highest we were apparently 5000m above sea level!! Snowy capped peaks dotting the distance, frozen rivers, Larmas, alpackers, mountain bread locals, 2500 year old house ruins and we were luckly enough to see several Condor the worlds largest bird! Apparently they grow to 3m in wing span, an impressive sight. Also tried my luck with the local hot springs and cuisine. Having a bit of a good time you might even say. till next time s xxx
ps. Rafting tomorrow, followed by the next day when the almightly Inca trek awaits!! Straight after that Ill be striking into the Amazon so ill try my best to update when I can.
