At long last I finally have my credit card back! I feel I can do things again now, which is both great and a little risky. The temptation to spend money now is much greater than what it was when it wasn't technically my money I was spending. I say this because I have just bought a flight ticket to Hong Kong for pretty much 3 times the price that it was a few days ago. Ah well. At least I am moving on once again now and there's no doubt that I have time to make up...

Cambodia - the land of surgeons. Or at least that's what it looks like - with motorists, pedestrians and just about everybody else wearing surgical face masks. With my arrival by train, I was left a tad bewildered and aprehensive about my boarder-crossing into Malaysia. The customs offices for each country are not located along the same route and as such I got a departure stamp for Singapore, but no arrival stamp for Malaysia. Having finally made my way out of Chennai, India on Sunday night by plane, I found myself trudging along a Sinaporean express way with not a penny to my name the next morning. Typical - my last day in India (possibly the most diffcult country I had to encounter) I go and slip up and lose my credit card. Lovely. I was rather scared as i approached the runway at Changi Airport and had I been approaching an Indian city you could have multiplied that tenfold. Luckily...
