It's almost 2 weeks since we moved out of the house and time is really flying by, we barely know what day of the week it is and i don't think we're going to get much better when we are travelling especially going over different time zones!!

We've seen loads of our friends to say goodbye so it's been quite an emotional 2 weeks for me and i'm sure it has been for Steve too. We've got our final farewells this weekend then on Tuesday when we head off to the airport for a 9.30am check in!! The car has a few bids so my fingers are sooo crossed that it reaches the reserve and is driven away on Saturday then there's very little else we can sell.

We are quite nervous but very excited and just want to go now, we've had enough of waiting and want to get the whole experience started. It was great seeing Dan and Cheryl yesteday being the well seasoned travellers that they are they really put my mind at rest with certain niggles and normal apprehensions, cheers guys and safe journey to Mexico on Friday, maybe we'll see you at some point during our travels!!
