ok so, i Havent blogged in a few days, I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Wait, is anyone reading this? Own up, say hi in the little comments bit.

SOOOOOOOOOOO where was i? Ah yes I was in Bangkok just about to go out for dinner with our new friend Danny. Luckily enough we did not have to walk far. Following my cousin Nicola's advice we decided to look for somewhere populated with thai people. Thanks nicola, I had chicken and rice and it was yummy. The portion was small but we were pretty [proud of ourselves for eating it. After this we headed back to the hostel to meet up with the others. A guitar was brought out, as were the beers and some free herbal whisky was also being forced on us by the hostel- I managed to avoid the whisky although it did seem to do wonders for an american guy who had sat in the corner dozing the previous night. So i had my 2 beers maximum and then we sat, chatted and sang and then the guys decided to hit the Koh San road. We decided not to go as we had to leave early the next morning but after some persuading from our new friends who promised they would return me safe and early to the hostel i decided to tag along.
We piled into the tuktuks and at dangerous speeds holding onto each other tightly for dear life we quickly arrived at the koh san road, which reminded me of ibiza or someplace like that. yuck. not my type of place at all but i was there for the experience. We found an irish bar, sat for a while and the guys had a few beers.
We headed back in a tuk tuk , said our goodbyes and then i headed to bed, ready to leave early the next morning.
