Early rise and a brisk walk about town this morning . Steve noticed something unusual happening outside an old Methodist Church - umbrellas popping up, plants out the front and a friendly lady ferrying food from her car . Ah Hah, must be a fete but we were soon informed of the community run coffee shop now on the premises. All prepared food and service is by volunteers and all monies taken are injected back into the community. What a great idea! And the coffee was good! Eventually on the A1 to Port Augusta lots of wind farms in the area and finally heading west on the Eyre Highway. Wuddina is a small farming township, very dry and one wonders how anything grows here, wheat fields for miles. Photo of Iron k***
