Pretty Beach 8/3/15
Our first choice was to stay at beautiful Merry Beach with the camper parked almost on the beach, but this wasn't to be when negotiating the site became impossible if other campers parked close by. We moved to the next beach in Murramarang NP, Prettty Beach and it was just that. Splatterings of spotted gums on the cliffs, large rock platforms on the beach reaching to the ocean and picture perfect blue ocean, so inviting. We enjoyed some good walks through the bush to Pebbly Beach. Batemans Bay was a short distance drive to the south to break the camping scene and pick up more supplies. It was on our drive back to Pretty Beach that we received a call from Justin and Bec to help out in Perth for the next six weeks if possible, so a day later we were packed and on the road, having taken a sharp turn right to cross from the east to west coast. On another adventure and a chance to catch up with family, especially the Grandchildren - unexpectedly!
