We´re off! Arrived safe and sound last night and checked into our hostel in the Santa Tereza district, it´s pretty plush (compared to what we´ll be expecting) and we´ll have to make sure we don´t get too spoiled. Have already blown exactly half a weeks budget but we´re allowing ourselves this one treat to go to the finals night of Carneval where we get to see the winning Samba schools perform, from 11pm to 5am!!!
