Today I left paihia to join the family who is going to host me for the next two weeks, giving me an accommodation and food in exchange for my help. It was such a beachday today!! there will be a reason if National Geographic listed "Tutukaka coast" in the best coastlines of the world... First stage: matapouri bay... awesome white sand beach, with some rocks and trees all around it. Suitable to swim and chill out under the sun. Here in fact the waves are low, due to the rocks at both the sides which are going to protect the beach. Second stage: marmeid pools.. i leave you imagine why they have this name......
