Time for another update!

So Than Goan was beautiful and now I'm back in Dehra dun shadowing homeopathic and ayruvedic doctors (I'm secretly excited to try things out on myself). I'm keeping a low profile this weekend and am going to hang around Dehra Dun.

The big news of the week is that a fight ensued between Rachel and I, 4 days after I had already asked to be separated from her (but she doesn't know that, she thinks we're separated because of the fight, at least thats my understanding). Thankfully though, since then, I've been able to be myself instead of second to an overcontrolling dominating personality. I'm finally able to have long conversations with the doctors and really talk about things with them instead of giving way to her. It's been a relief to not be around her. Im sure she's a great person, but our personalities just don't click. I'm much more easy going and she's more confrontational than I am. I started explaining to some people about Pune and Mumbai. I've realized that a lot of fights have ensued between Rachel and people here. I guess it was really just a matter of time before she had one with me. It's really nice to be rid of that negativity though.

I apologize if I'm badmouthing, Im trying to honestly say my opinions of the situation without delving too much into it. It's difficult to talk to people here, I don't know if I feel comfortable talking about me and other people that They know. It's like I'll be forming an opinion in their head that is really biased and unfair to that person. HOWEVER, many people have "hinted" at the fact that they have many of the same opinions of this person as I do. Dr. Paul was PISSED that she showed up to clinic over an hour late. Sucked for her, but it made me look good. Maybe that's why she was mad? That I wasn't responsible for getting her to clinic? Or was it because she didn't hear the alarm OR my calling her name and she was late for yoga? who knows

ok, well. I'm sure ill come back to the internet cafe sometime this weekend and give a less "b****y" blog. I've met some great people this last week and I can't wait to see where it all takes me.
