Wow, Botswana has been amazing! To be honest, the first day was a bit strange as we said goodbye to most of the people we were travelling with - they finish earlier than us on a different route. Bit of an early update this one - after the last one - but I've gotta tell you this. Three of our group went sky diving today and I went as a spectator and thought I would watch them from the ground and that - but whoah no, I managed to get in the plane - a Cessna 182. Ok so here's me thinking that seeing Alex screaming the hospital down having her stitches put in, swearing at the doctors and nurses, sweating like a smack head in a chemist and then having all the ill Zambians staring at us as we walked through the waiting room out to our taxi - as being the funniest moment so far. Well we managed to beat that yesterday by having just the best day ever white water rafting on the Zambezi! I've never done anything like it ...

We arrived in Zambia and one of the first stops for us was at the magnifiscent Victoria Falls. It really really does look amazing and it's so big you can't really capture it in one photo. Even the surrounding forests, gorges and small lakes made the whole place so picturesque, really was outstanding and it was topped off for us by lots of little rainbows at the base of the falls! I was very tempted to catch a microlight or a helicopter ride over the falls...

So before we left Lake Malawi we went out of the safety of our lakeside compound and in to the village where we were taken to John and Mommas house.
