hey guys, just abit of an update on what weve been up to!!!! it turns out that we arived on jean paul baptiste day, which is basically quebec day when all the french canadians have a big massive party each year to try to win independence from the rest of canada!! we went to a big local park next to the olympic stadium, where there was baically a big french festival which seemed to involve alot of french music and flag waving and very expensive drinks!!! so we didnt stay very long! the next day (yesterday) we climbed up mount royal which overlooks the city and got some really good photos of the city skyline. kels calves are now suffering today as she was not used to all the excercise!!! weve discovered our new favourite bar (peel pub) where we can get really cheap drinks and food, equivelant to a pound a drink! went to the notre dame cathederal today and did the tourist thing and took loads of photos and were going on a bar crawl tonight that the hostel has organised. anyway dont want to leave an essay for you all to read so we'll leave it there for now but weve uploaded a load of photos to the site so check them out!!!
