After several long weeks, months and years planning we are finally setting off on our lifetime dream trip!

It has taken us a total of two years of hard saving, plus countless hours of planning and organising our ideas into one big plan. I was finding it very hard to contain my excitement as the days to departure got closer. We had both finished our work and had been spending out last few days packing our backpacks, which took about six attempts, packing our rooms up and saying goodbye to our very much loved family and friends.

We had a goodbye party, seeing as we have a few different circle of friends, and we were overwhelmed by the amount of people who attended and the kind gifts everyone got us. It was truely the best sending off!
