We were in no rush, literally this morning and we had to wait for the sparky (electrician) to come over. Stu and I decided to go for a walk to the marina, it was a bloody long walk with no footpath. What made it worse was that we saw a snake skin in the grass, which made us more paranoid!

The marina was really nice, no one around at all seeing as it is the cyclone season. We had a stroll on the beach and stopped for an ice cream before heading back to the van, which was finally fixed.

In the end the cooker kept tripping the power, which was a pain but we could still use the gas rather than the electric so no drama.

We were finally on the road at noon and we headed towards Rockhampton. We stopped a couple of hours down the road for some food next to the beach.

We stopped in the middle of no where as my keen eye spotted some 'roos so we crossed the road to get some pictures before they all went bouncing off!

We slept in the van tonight with no dramas hurray! We watched the rainbow parrots come in to nest for the night, noisy things they are!
