Today it's 12-months since I posted my first blog on Off Exploring! I have to say it had been a wonderful 12-months, I've had some great experiences and met some fantastic people along the way. When I started these blogs as a method of keeping people updated with my travels I really didn't see myself 12-months later sitting in North Carolina and being in a serious relationship…….it's funny how things workout.

I hope you guys have enjoyed reading my blogs as much as I have writing them and that I've kept my promise not to write about the mundane (I saw this…..then that……then this……) but to keep it incident and observation based.

Also special thanks go out to those who have provided me with feedback on what I've written.

Now that I've decided it will be soon time to end my travels (for now). I'm planning on heading to Europe (Portugal) in mid-May after catching up with my Mum in New York then soon after (mid-June?) to Asia and home to join the workforce once again.
