Xin chao everyone,

Im now in Hoi An, a small town near the sea.Its really beautiful here although quite touristy.There is a full moon festival going on at the moment which basically means the children dress up as dragons and scary looking crop pickers and wheel mahoosive drums around all night beating them.There are loads of little groups of them everywhere and they cause big road blocks when they spot a tourist and dance around you shouting "one dollar, one dollar".

We rented bikes today and cycled down to the beach which was beautiful - palm trees, white sand etc and the surf was crazy.We went out to the sea and had so much fun jumping the waves and trying to get to the top to ride it in.

Yesterday I did a vietnames cookery course and I have to say I am a pretty good V'nam cook, the fish in Banana leaf was soooooo mouthwateringly good - don't worry I wrote it all down!

I slept so much last nite I think my body was trying to catch up, havnt had much sleep over the past few weeks, full days and crazy nights, but im up for round two now!

My bruise is better now, gone from black to purple to yellow so that's nice! Scatches are all pink on my tanned legs and hardly any bites, so all good apart from running into the side of the train, very funny but it really hurt J
