LU's match against Leyton Orient postponed last night due to snow.
Snow has been affecting the South of England as well as the North.
More snow showers forecast over the next few days. We have about 4" and it is only thawing very slowly. China should get you used to the cold conditions on your return to the UK.

We woke up this morning to about 3" of snow and it still snowed to around 09:00.
Your mother tried to get to work on a couple of occasions however when it took about 45minutes to get from the bus stop to Calverley church she stopped trying. The snow has now turned to rain and the roads are much better. I have just braved the elements to go to Morrisons. The weather forecast is for freezing conditins tonight so there couls be further transport problems tommorrow. Thank goodness I have retired.
Your sister has just gone to the gym since this was closed due the weather this morning.
Andrea and David are due to visit this weekend so we are hoping the weather will relent.
Quite a difference to the conditions in Cairns.
However must go now to attend to my house husband duties. Your mother has just requested attention so, as she is the breadwinner, I must pamper to her every whim.
