We arrived in Orlando on Thursday after a 5 hour train journey from Miami. The trains are really good- they have big reclining seats and they check on your baggage so you don't have to sit with it!

We arrived aboout 3ish at our hostel in Kissimee, which is really near to Disney world. We had a pretty chilled out night- we went to the supermarket and bought cider! Ended up having a few too many drinks with some people we met at the hostel; an american guy called matthew and 2 english girls called alice and katie.

On friday we didnt really do very much- we got woken up earlyish by matt who woke up with loads of bed bugs in his bed, which me and carol found very amusing! serves him right for taking the double bed. We wanted to go to disney world but we couldnt handle the heat- we only made it to the end of the road! We stayed by the pool for the day and there was a big thunder storm while we were in the pool!

Friday night we went down to downtown disney and went out round pleasure island with alice, matthew and an ozzy guy we met called ryan- we had a really good night, we ended up at this club called motion. We left downtown disney when it closed and went back to our hostel aroound 2ish and carried on drinking when we got back until 7 in the morning! My alarm was set for 9 o clock and instead of anyone telling me it was going off Matt just decided to sing to the song!!

We left the hostel around 11.30 to go to orlando train station to start our 18hr train journey to washington dc! Was funny matt's seat that he was given was next to this transvestite who kept falling asleep and farting on him!! He moved not long into the journey!

Anyway we have arrived in washington dc and the weather is nice- its not too hot here about in the 70's so plenty hot enough for us!!

We'll update the goings on from here soon and at some point will def get the photos on!!
