We spent our last day in Mira Flores at Huaca Pucllana which is an ancient burial and sacrificial site about 1600 years old and built in the time of the Wari Empire (the clever little sods that turned up just before the Incas.) We arrived here late last night after a particularly gruelling 24 hours and a lot of lessons learnt! The flight from London to Miami was pleasant enough with a sufficient amount of chick flicks to get me through. Arriving, and leaving Miami, however, was not as simple as we may have hoped! After standing in line for about an hour we got to passport control and explained we had no US address as we were leaving later that day to catch our connecting flight to Lima....
