Hello Sophie and Kie, Love the latest photos of your Brisbane experience. I especially liked the koala sanctuary pics - the koalas don't look real because they are so cute and cuddly like a teddy bear. Were they as smelly as people said? Good pics of you both too... a good job Kie has his camera too now that Sophie's has gone on strike. Hope you had a good Australia Day. Lots of love, keep safe xxxx

Great to see more pics and read the Brisbane blog you are both looking really well. Once again the pics are stunning, glad you managed to avoid the devestating floods that Queensland are experiencing at the minute. I am pleased that you managed to do the SCUBA dive Sophie, even if you didnt really enjoy it through fear, at least you can say you have done it. I went to watch the Demons v Gloucester yesterday, what a game, I actually got a suprised little wave from Seb whilst he was warming up ha ha... the team played really well, Seb was outstanding and a couple of other players that I obviously didnt know had a good game to, I think one was a guy called 'trigger'. The kicking left a lot to be desired but what do you expect with the usual kicking dude swanning off around the world. I am defo a fan of the Demons. Roll on the next home game, I might even make it into the club house afterwards next time. I got some pics, will put them on later, although maybe first time there, we didnt exactly stand in the right place, (with the opposition) we only chose that position because we were sheltered by the subs bench ha ha it was freezing, so windy and it rained second half, but we braved it. Dolf came with us she thoroughly enjoyed it and wants to come when you play next bless her, she sends her love to you both and misses you terribly as do we all. Love and miss you both loads. Stay safe, catch you soon x x x x

Lovely to see you and speak to you again today... seems ages ago although not that long since the last time. More fabulous photos; the beaches are to die for - looks like your own special paradise; and the rainforest is great too. I made a couple of comments on the photos of the Whitsunday Islands. Hello Sophie and Kie, sorry I couldn't send a message before but Chris and Jess came round to see why and put me right I hope, so now the email should be ok, but I couldn't even get a blog through before. Anyway, saw your latest message from Cairns and glad you are having a good
8.1.2011.
Just read your latest message from Oz, what a great time you're having. Also saw Neil's message, hope the floods in Queensland will disappear soon, Neil said they are nowhere near them. Chris and Jess have just come round to see why I couldn't get through before, so hope this gets through o.k. Lots of love Grags xxx

Hi you two... or should I say 'gudday' since you will be in Oz when you read this. You had a busy last few days in Asia and we look forward to hearing about Singapore. The New Year's Eve celebrations looked good especially all the lanterns travelling across the sky... we had neighbours that had some although it's not quite the same to see half a dozen floating by! haha! Happy New Year to you both and especially for the first quarter... hope you have an amazing time in Australia. Lots of love and keep safe xxxx
Keith
Well the Asian part of your experience is behind you although the memories will remain for a very long time, I have no doubt. The firework display at Phuket looked excellent, and your shots of it were, as ever, wonderful.
Now for the Aussies, but it may be better to keep quiet about The Ashes. No, don't, just rub their noses in it. They would do the same to you!
Look after yourselves. Love to you both and keep safe. Hear from you soon. xxxxxxxxxx

Well its 1.1.11 Happy New year to you both, guess the partying went well in Phuket, hope you didnt suffer with to much of a hangover. Guess its head down now for the rest of your journey. Can't wait to see the next lot of pics you post. The thought of what your planning on doing made me laugh so much. We defo need photographic evidence. :) We are off to the sales today, (starting at Home Sense Soph) I know you wish you was here doing a bit of retail therapy too but unfortunately you have to stay in some paradise setting drinking cold beer and eating wonderful food looking out at the boring crystal clear sea.... Unlucky for some aye! Well safe and happy travelling to your next destination, keep the blogs and defo the pics coming. Love you both xx
Keith
The shots of Pileh Bay and Maya Bay are just stunning. An idyllic place to be. A pity to move on I guess, but then again, you've planned your journey well to have stayed in paradise after paradise. Nice to see and speak to the both of you today. Keep safe. xxxxxxxxx

Hello you two... more great photos. The beach looks idyllic and you are now really brown. The Full Moon party looked crazy and your new friends are very pale against you... I take it they haven't been out there that long? Strange to meet up with St Ives people where we so nearly moved to! Hope to speak to you on Christmas Day. I bet it doesn't seem like Christmas to you - the only white one you'll see this year is the white beaches! Lots of love, take care, mum xx
