Today was a great day as well. I met up with the Begg's second cousin today, Kadri-Kristel. We checked out the Kadriorg Palace. Just one of those awesome looking places inside and out!
We then went for lunch in the up and coming hipster area of Tallinn. We went to a place called (English translation) the fish house. They served some good food that I did enjoy.
We headed back to the old town area and hit up H&M. A must see shop in every European country! I love that shop!
Kadri then had to head home so I went to the Viru hotel. During Soviet rule this was the only hotel foreigners could stay in. Now the 23rd floor is a museum. I rocked up there in the afternoon but unfortunately couldn't go as the tours were full. I just guess it means I will need to come back!
I finished the night at the youth group Ivo and Liis run. It was a wicked night.! After the service the room just becomes a huge dance floor. (Tiphaine, you should come and check it!) Subs were pounding and people were just going off. Estonians know how to dance!
After this I headed back after a long day. The last thing on the list was to try a 'Vana Tallinn'. Ev recommended it especially :). My description would be that it is strong but actually tastes good!
Overall Tallinn has rocked my socks! Love it! So one day, get your own booties over here and check it!
London tomorrow! BOOYEAH!
