Tuesday 16th October

Since we arrived to Hawaii last night, we were hitted with the humid air and was pleased that it was warm, as all the evenings we had in USA have been cold!

We arrived to the hostel at about 9pm and met one of the staff who knew ASL. He was very friendly and welcoming, enough to put us in the private room for a night. We were meant to be in the 8 beds dorm room. We didn't complain and made the most of it!

We had a quick look around in the town and noticed that there are alots of designer names shops such as Billabong, Roxy, etc

Today, we decided to chill out by visiting the beach and sunbathed for a bit. The sun didn't come out till early afternoon so it was a cool morning. Had bit of swim and it was lovely and blue! No seaweeds in the way!! :)

After few hours, we wandered around the shops again, in search of necklaces and a short for Lisa, as she is getting fed up with her white short which can get very dirty easily. Annoying!

There were loads of stall that sells jewellery, hawaiian shirts/dresses. everything in flowers! Unfortunately we didn't have much luck of finding anything that we like. But Daniel did buy crocs" flipflops as it was cheaper to get, comparing to UK. Lisa treated herself a ring to wear as she missed wearing a ring(!)

We had to check in properly today as last night, the office was closed. It meant that we had to change rooms, unfortunately not a private room anymore! :(

In the evening, just a chill out evening as we borrowed the dvd from the office to watch on the laptop. It was called "Accepted" It was hilarious!
