hi all!!

Pics to follow as computers are even worse in cape tribulation!? Camera number 5 is playing up big style!? It keeps taking fuzzy pictures,?jamming with the lens out and other very annoying behaviour! It makes me mad!!? Hopefully it will settle down or stay bearable until I can get to perth, earn some cash and buy a new one (camera 6)!! OLYMPUS are crap!  Mum, in the pile of stuff I gave to you take home to U.K - was there a reciept for a camera??

Anyways! Yesterday i chilled out by the lagoon and listened to some pretty tragic bands that were playing on the esplanade. Last night I made cauliflower cheese for tea(cheese slices are so versatile, think i should write my own cheeslice cookbook)! Me and the girls went out for a few beers with some of nicole's friends last night but decided not to stay out because we were getting picked up at 7am.

Got up early to get packed up and found the kitchen closed with alot of our food in it!!? Some eejits (probably the scary scottish guys in our room) broke the kitchen door so nobody could get in to get their food. We were pretty raging as all the cheese slices and veg for the next few days were in the fridge.

Today we went to mossman gorge, and sailed down the daintree river. We saw 'scar face', one of the adult male crocs swimming really close to our boat.? The pictures didn't come out good but it was still amazing to get so close to wild crocodiles. There was a dead (and extremely smelly) carcass of a big 'poker' fish and we watched as scarface had a munch before the smell got unbearable and we had to leave.

We then went on a bushwalk but it wasn't very challenging. Our guide was showing us how to lick the ass of these big green ants, they tasted like lemons - eurgh!

Today Im probably going to go for a walk and then tonight we will be having a quiet one as we are going ocean-kayaking along the reef and around the rainforest first thing tomorrow. Then, tomorrow night, We are going on a rainforest night walk - beast central!

Hope everything is all good back home - I have no signal so don't attempt to text until wednesday evening.
