Had an early start at 6.30am and Luc and i made a quick exit from Mr Abdul and the cockroaches. Told him about Mr Abdul and his response was oh la la.We took a taxi up to Ramses temple of the sun though it was only a 20 minute walk. It was very beautiful and had the temple to ourselves for 5 minutes before the tours started to arrive....The temple was built for Ramses II and he also had one built for his Queen Nefertari which was smaller but still impressive. Arrived in Aswan at 1pm and was glad to get off the train..... Was met at the train station by lots of touts and taxi drivers. Said goodbye to Jirka as he headed to a hostal whilst i went to buy my bus ticket to Abu Simbel.Did a deal with the taxi driver to take me to the high dam in Aswan and back to the bus station.
