We are truly inspired by your amazing trip and adventures - you are obviously making the most of your freedom. Went to the AI Christmas party - many changes for the better there since you left (probably discovered your secrets by now). Anyway, very best wishes for Christmas.

Jay and Jen,
Sorry for not replying sooner, been in the outback, hiking for miles for 3 days...so awesome! I am fitter now that I have been for 5 years....
Hey...have a truly wonderful time in Sweden and a great festive season.
My very best wishes to you and Jen and all your family for Christmas and the New Year. Enjoy yourselves, your family and friends and have a great time...you deserve it.
On Christmas Eve and Day I will be raising a glass or 3 of the local wine/brew and toasting all my freinds and family on the other side of the world.
Take care and enjoy!

Smudger,
I'm getting off to Sweden tomorrow mate, so thought I'd pop on now to wish you all the best for Chrismas and the New year, as I might not be able to in Sweden.
We're going to see Jen's family then off up to Are for some skiing (now that I'm an expect like...).
Everton won their UEFA group with maximum points and now we have SK Brann from Norway, so they are probably Kopites (I think they play ing red as well!!!), don't know who Plymouth got...
Anyway mate, all the best for Christmas and the New Year, we'll be having a drink for you Sweden, have one for us wherever you are.

Hi Steve
Sorry i haven't posted for a while but i haven't been able to solve the sum you have to do prior to sending a message!
Looks and sounds like you are having a great time on your travels and I can't believe you have been away for 50 days already (and done about 60 blog entries).
Well with that time of year approaching (and i don't mean when Quayley gets drunk at the xmas do and wakes up in the stationery cupboard with Geoff from accounts), I wanted to wish you all the best for xmas and hope you have a great southern hemisphere new year.
Back to travellin, how are you likin NZ? Have you been to Te Anu and Milford Sound yet? Do you plan on doing any trekking in Fiordland. The Keppler Track is a good one if you are. Might as well get some use out of thos hiking boots you bought.
Take it easy Pilgrim.

Steve,
glad to see you back on the net, with pictures of everything except penguins and dates!
I reckon you are in Turkey, cos there's no penguins there either. Shame about those invisible penguins you didn't see and weren't allowed to take photographs of anyway even if you could see them.....
I'm surprised you can't see wales mate, I could see it the other day from the top of Snaefell - try climbing a mountain or something.
Seems like you're having a great time mate, and I must say that all that travelling seems to have done wonder's for your waistline - it's like you were never fat... (ish)
Good tip if you have to share the room with a snorer - get really drunk and out-snore them - either than or buy some ear plugs...
We're off to Sweden next weekend, see Jen's family for Christmas and do a bit of skiing, and you know what... I bet I don't see any penguins out their either....
Steve
Hi Tim,
Sarah (your wife) is younger than you and me so she is most probably right! Thanks for the tip, I knew I was doing something wrong, still a cheap form of contraception!
No whales you will be pleased to hear...BUT I do have 12 more days in NZ so there is time yet!
Ah Babbacombe Model Village now that brings back memories! Actually I am in an internet cafe in Turkey and just download the photos off the internet, superimposing my ugly mug now and again. I am working the winter on a building site....
Love to all...check out the new photies!

Hi Steve,
Sarah (the wife) says thanks for the compliment , sadly enough she still thinks of herself as a hot young woman , deluded I know but hey it keeps her happy. Having said that she did make quite a good point.... the object is not to get them between your legs ..... just a pointer for you.
Really hope you get to see Whales on your trip as I am sure it would be fantastic , however thats one of Sarah's ambitions so in another way hope you don't as won't hear the last of it.
Some great photos of some great places , looks like the world trip scam is working, no-one would ever think you were only in Babbacombe model village.
