Wednesday 12th March 2008 - Delhi Well, its nearing the end of my great adventure. Few Chennai to Delhi this morning and checked into an airport hotel for 2 nights, my flight back to London heathrow takes off on Friday14th March at 3am and arrives back in UK at 7.30am Froiday morning. Then have a flight from Gatwick to Plymouth and should be at my parents by 3pm..... back to normality (what is normality now?) I have asked my mum to get the pasties warming and ...

Mamallapurum - 10th March 2008 The next but last day of the 14 day tour. Its been hectic but great fun - seen the REAL Southern India! Lots of photos and will try and uploads some now! Sunday 2nd March - Ooty to Coimbatore Got up from the great sleep in a really nice bed and into the bus for 8.30am Down town to the Ooty Botanical gardens for a few hours. As mentioend before, Ooty is one of 3 "hill Stations: established by the british in the 19C to get away from the heat of the Southern Plains and places like Madras. Wednesday 27th February 2008 - Chennai The Sunny South tour starts! The bus arrived and is an Eicher...18 seater, but by the time all the luggage is on the back seats etc we all just fit in nicely. The bus has really high suspension and all terrain types so I am wandering what I have booked.
