I love Nepal. It is cold in the morning and pretty polluted and obviously it is a BIG change from Western comforts, but I love it. I have been hanging around with folk musicians who be teaching me to play the sarangi and Kissan has given me a little tour of the surroundings including the monkey temple (yes monkeys do roam free here) and durbar square with a return journey on a rickshaw. I have also discovered the delights of tasty momos, you should all try them I say, oh yes indeed.

Oh and I know that it is spelt KATHMANDU, i just cannot seem to change it, so apologies for that.

Note for anyone coming to Kathmandu: do NOT leave the airport without making sure that they stamp your passport correctly. i didn't and had a rather hairy time going back there to get it done...
