Hey,

Its been a while so thought i would give you a bit of an update.

I have my job at the French cake shop/cafe in the rocks in Sydney and enjoying it alot more than i was! Paul got a job a few days ago and now works in a call centre - being one of those annoying people who all you to sell you things. He has to sell raffle tickets but its all for charity so i guess its not too bad!

The weather isnt in the 30's anymore, about 23c which feels significantly colder - seriously! But it is now Autumn and Australia isnt hot all the time! (Dammit - the tan is going)

Tomorrow is my 24th Birthday! Exciting! I managed to get the day off work so we are going to the Zoo, because last time i was in Australia (my 21st) i did exactly that - went to Australia Zoo, this time we are going to the Sydney zoo - Taronga. Followed by a meal at the Meat and Wine restaurant in Darling Harbour, where i have already decided im having ribs! YUM! But i have to go to bed early coz i have work the next day at 7.30am!! Ouch! On Sunday we are seeing COLDPLAY! Im so excited!! Then Russell Brand on the Wednesday. So an eventful week! Oh and im working 6 days next week! Great fun!

I have started doing the research for our travels around Australia before we come home! Its looking pretty adventurous! But its pretty much a clock-wise trip around Australia. Plan is to leave Sydney in the middle of July and have 3 months travelling!

Sydney to Melbourne - flying

Melbourne to Adelaide - hiring a car

Adelaide to Perth driving up to Broome/Darwin

Broome/Darwin fly to Alice Springs and Ayres Rock

Ayres Rock to Airlie Beach

Airlie Beach drive down to Sydney before flying home via Singapore and Hong Kong

Its pretty extensive and going to involve alot of money but will be great!
