First stop- the Seine near Notre Dame.

Up early get to McDonalds to get internet access so that we could contact Mark and the girls while they were all together. Mark told us he had just heard that it was 1 degrees in Paris and it sure felt like it at 7:30 am. After contacting the girls and emailing Mark we went home to warm up before starting out day. Although it was cold the sky was blue, which was promising.

Jen headed off to the Louvre. She had a lovely afternoon too.

Took to the back streets again this time heading back to our apartment. Found an indoors market-old and well established. Thru the food section to clothes & shoes. Found a shop with beautiful clothes that suited me. One hour later I was the proud owner of a coat, 2 winter tops and a top and jacket. Wandered the back streets to home. I spent the rest of the TV ( 4 episodes of Glee in English- anything in English is a treat).

It was freeeeeezing as usual so we decided to get some coffee. Found a lovely cafe with a great waiter. The coffee was good and we decided to sit down inside.it was so warm the didn't hurry with our coffee.
