We left Koh Chang on Friday morning at 9.30, took the ferry to Trat and then transferred onto a double decker bus for the 5 and a half hours but that was nothing compared to the 13 hour bus journey from Bangkok ( which was made worse by the driver, who was playing a country cd!!)
