Up fairly early and a new cafe for breakfast - Ben Ash Cafe. It kind of feels like a bar but is a restaurant, with a load of new staff learning the ropes. Again, very nice orange juice (New Yorkers sure now how to do fresh OJ) and also french toast with fresh fruit.
