30/12/09We caught the train at 14:00 from KL Sentral Station (yes spelt with an S!) and began our 8 hour journey to Singapore. 27/12/09Well off we go again! It's sad having to leave such a beautiful place but as we get on the speedboat to take us to Pak Barra I'm excited about what's ahead of us! Once we got to Pak Barra we were bundled into a minivan and headed off to Hat Yai. This took a couple of hours and when we got there we had to wait till we could get on the VIP coach to Malaysia. 8/12/09Got up early to catch the speedboat which left at 09:30. It took just over an hour to get to Koh Lipe and boy was it worth it, this place is stunningly beautiful, it's definietly got the 'wow factor'. 29/11/09Brought a bus ticket to Ko Lanta this morning as we're moving on again. The bus and ferry took about 2.5hrs from Krabi to the island. Ko Lanta is much bigger than Koh Payam and a lot more developed so first impression was that it looked busy with loads of shops e.t.c. and quite a lot of tourists knocking about.
