Despite sleeping on the overnight bus both of us were really tired when we arrived in San Francisco early in the morning. The bus that took us to our hostel was filthy and full of graffiti. We purchased a Greyhound bus ticket for a few hundred pounds that allowed unlimited travel throughout USA and Canada and watched old runs of Saved by the Bell whilst waiting for our bus to San Diego.
