hey, for some reason we havnt been able to get the map working so couldnt post.

we have done loads since our last post seen as it was ages ago, mainly in the party frame of mind :) tinbillies is amazing and now feels like a home because we have been here for so long. when we fisrt arivied we almost didnt make it here due to getting into a taxi with a driver who spoke crap english and didnt know his way aroud brisbane. liv was not impressed and told him we wanted to get out, but buy that point we where trapped. after this though we have had a great time.

the 1st couple of nights we stayed around the bar and got to know a few ppl, especially gordon mcdonald from the year above us as he is the chef here!! sure alot of you remember him. gregs friend fraser gave us a $100 bar tab which was awsome of him, i (simmons) havnt really had a chance to talk to him as he is always working but i know liv has so im sure she will add to this soon...

there is also a dude who has been in our room pretty much the whole time we have called Gaz from Eastbourne, hes cool for a southerner :P spent alot of time with him and he took us out with his mates who live here to a karoke bar. awsome! living on a prayer and turn around got out treatment :)

also went out with the bar staff on monday which was great if a little vague, but im sure we had a great time.

now onto the animals.. we went to austrailia zoo but understandbly we didnt know what to expect so soon after steve irwins death. we got a but driving by his biggest fan and he said "ppl used to ask me is steve was in the zoo at the time and id reply he is there 80% of the time... well now he is there 100% of the time" a little odd. the oddest think though was a man dressed up looking like steve irwin with a mask of his face on dancing around at the croc show!!!! it was still amazing though. liv and robson got there photos took holding a koala which stunk and kept pooing on the tourists, unluckly if didnt poo on liv or robson. dam. oh and we saw his wife in the food court with his son bob.

right im boring myself now do il let liv and robson do it when they get back from the lagoon. i had to go pick up my didge so im still here. laters
