Caye Caulker you hidden gem you!! We decided to take it easy today (because life has just been sssoooo hectic haha) so we slept in a little then went for a good Caribbean breakfast at our sister hotel... We then headed to the Strip (a gap between the north and south sides of the island which formed after a hurricane ripped through it many many years ago - it has since become the best place to hang out on the island, listen to Bob Marley, swim and watch the sunset...

Today marked our last moments in Mexico... It was time to move onto another Central American gem called Belize! We opted for the more direct route... So we woke up in time to pack our bags (literally takes me less than 5 minutes these days haha...
