Today we said goodby to Echuka heading for Narrandera through quite heavy rain. We passed through Deniliquin then through Finley. Stopped at Jerilderie for lunch in a nice little park with a lake and right next to the river. Reached Narrandera stopped at a free park, went for a walk after tea we are camped near the Murrimbidgi river , also there is an old brewery built in 1912. Stupid slipped over in the mud and hurt my ankle.

10 1 2014 My ankle is sore so decided to stay here another day and rest it just read and watched a movie. Accross the road was a memorial to Sturt who came through here in 1829 following the Murrimbidgi.

11 1 2014 Drove into Narrandera and set up at the showground went into town for a look around had lunch then back to the van to relax.
