From Koh Phi Phi we got a boat to Ao Nang which is in Krabi Provence. Ao Nang is closer to Railay beach which is where the most gorgeous beach in the world is, Phra Nang beach, however accomodation is pretty pricey over their so we stayed in a guest house in Ao Nang which is a short boat ride away! The guest house was so nice though and only 4pounds a night- for which we got a fridge (good for keeping the water cold) and a tv with 50 channels!!! We are lucky!

Ao nang was a nice place to stay as there were a few bars their and cheap food! One bar in particlular was good fun, it was called the Travellers Bar and had a free pool table and cheap cheap drinks!

We met a nice couple called Julie and Steve and Sarah also was in Ao Nang for a couple of days with us as we are doing pretty much the same route!

Most days we got the boat over to Railay and spent the day on Phra Nang beach swimming (because unlike many beaches in Thailand you can actually swim here not just sit and splash in the shallow water!). On this beach also very strangly is a cave with lots of wooden carved penis' in, not too sure why but we took a few amusing pictures!

One day however we paid 800baht to do half a day rock climbing course! It was so hard, I realised that day that I have no upper body strength! I was so bad at the rock climbing but I had fun and made it to the top of a couple of routes but nowhere near as high as Matt or Sarah! I was Photographer for the day!

In total we spent 4 nights in Ao Nang and then decided to move to the East coast of Thailand as the weather was turning pretty bad...so we did!...
