Our third day in Beijing! We had to get up early to get ready to go Great Wall of China! We managed to be on time and had our breakfast then hopped on a minibus to arrive there. It took us 2 hours journey there and back, we saw lots of beautiful scentric!
We arrived there at 9.30 and it was really busy and lots of people wanting to get on with their day! I couldnt believe i saw it in my own eye that im in Great Wall of China! We went on cable car to get up so we can start walking and saw loads of beautiful view and took dozen of pictures of me and others! It was pretty hot but I managed to do lots of walking even some steps werent even and struggled to get up but when i walked back down it was much easier and i enjoyed the sunshine! :) Sara and i had enough decided to stop as we struggled to carry on because we could see another tower with lots of steep steps, i thought i wouldnt carry on as i knew i would give up! On our way back, we went on tobagging it was so much fun even sara didnt go much faster i keep telling her to go FASTER! Ashely and Dominic was far ahead because they went down fast but it was a laugh and experience to do it! We went to the resturant called 'Mr Yung Resturant' where we had our lunch, we met slovkida people they were friendly and telling us about China. I had to learn how to use chopsticks i found it really strange to eat food with chopsticks not knife and folk! The food was nice but i wasnt sure what it was and i thought i may as well try it. One funny moment for all of us because when we ordered our drink we were worried about the bottle because we saw the date it was out of date! I asked the waitress to have a look on the bottle but she showed me the chinese lanaguage on it!! I saw lots of chinese people trying to sell things such as plates, jewellery and lots of market stuff..
It was pretty good but tiring day for me as my legs was shaking after been to the Great Wall! I really enjoyed it today!

Judy Hi Charlene, It's Judy, Asher's Mum. Glad you are having a good time, sounds like you are having an amazing time sight seeing. China seems to be a place rich with culture and history. It's good to see all apsects of Chinese life even the homeless shelter. It broadens the mind and helps you appreciate how people have to live. Tell Asher Im impressed with his trying out octopus. Hope (from one shorty to another) that you rest your little legs. Cos I know exactly how you feel gir!!
