After a good night sleep and an ok breakfast, we went into town only to realize there is a partial strike of the Metro workers, who only operate 20% of the trains. After a very long check in process at Ben Gurion airport and an hour and a half of delay while taxiing, we landed in Barcelona and took a cab to the hotel. The hotel is rather nice, but kinda out of the way from town... . Well, all our bags (or rather-suitcases...) are packed and we are ready for this short, yet hopefully lovely, vacation in Barcelona. The weather forcast for barcelona for the next couple of days promises a fine weather, so we are really good to go now. :) Happy new year, everyone and Shana Tova. :)))

OK, so we're off to a short break in Barcelona in a week's time. This year, the holidays have magically been very convenient for travelling, so we are trying to max them out with this short visit to Barcelona. Let's hope the weather smiles at us in Spain. :)
