You have no idea how great it was to wake up without a headache. I´m rather suprised that I did manage to sleep, despite the fact that the life of Barcelona doesn´t start until about 3am. But sacrifices needed to be made, especially if I was going to survive the journey of today. Pretty soon we are going to be High tailing it to Barcelona Sants Estacion, it´s only 30mins away, but the with the backpacks on our backs it´ll probably feel longer!

The smell of Tapas in the air did not really help the hunger from the 2 hour flight and 1 hour bus journey into the rather cosmopolitan city of Barcelona. As well as the fact that at the moment my shoulders have yet to adapt to the constant weight of 16kg on my back...maybe I might shrink by the time I get back...hopefully not (i´m short already!)
